Day 01 : Arrive Mumbai
On your arrival at Mumbai international airport, you will be greeted by the tour representative who will transfer you to the hotel where you are scheduled to stay for the night.
ay 02 : Mumbai
On the second day of the Shirdi Sai Baba with Aurangabad Tour Package, you will leave the hotel after having your breakfast. You will be taken on a guided tour of Mumbai city. The tour will comprise of the visit to the Marine drive, Hanging Gardens, Crawford Market, the Afghan Church in Colaba and the Prince of Wales Museum, the Chowpatty, Beach etc. Return to the hotel and spend the night here itself.
Day 03 : Mumbai - Nashik
On the third day of the Shirdi Sai Baba with Aurangabad Tour in India, you will be driven to Nashik after having your breakfast. The beautiful buildings, temples and caves stands as a mute testimony to its rich history. The place has many temples, some of them are the Sundranarayan Temple, The Kampaleshwar temple, Temple of Balaji, Kalaram Mandir, the Goraram Mandir and the Rameshwar or Bell temple. It is no wonder that Nasik is called the Benares of southern India and the Godavari that flows by the river is often referred to as the Ganges of the South. Retire to the hotel in Nasik and stay there for the night. The distance covered on this day is estimated to be around 180 kilometers.
Day 04 : Nashik
In the morning of the fourth day of the Shirdi Sai Baba with Aurangabad Tour in India, you will be driven to Trimbakeshwar. The place is known for the Trimbakeshwar Temple and is the source of the Godavari River. Trimbakeshwar preserves one of the 12 Jyotir lingas which are dedicated to Lord Shiva and Trimbakeshwar is considered to be the main jyotirlinga. The Brahmagiri Hill which rises above the present-day temple is said to be the spot where Guatam Rishi performed a rigorous ritual of prayer and penance to Lord Shiva. On Mondays the priests of the temple carry the idol of Trimbakeshwar in a palanquin around the temple. The annual festival of Shivratri is also celebrated here when thousands of pilgrims come here from all over the country. For overnight stay return to Nashik.
Day 05 : Nashik
On the fifth day of the tour, you are free to carry on with leisure activities and roam about in the city as per your will and choice. Spend the night in the hotel.
Day 06 : Nashik - Shirdi
After having your breakfast at the hotel, proceed to Shirdi to visit Mahasamadhi temple of Sri Sai Baba. On this day starts the real charm of Shirdi Sai Baba with Aurangabad Tour. Sai Baba of Shirdi is one of the revered saints of the era in Maharashtra. Popularly known as the 'Child of God', Sai Baba preached tolerance towards all religions and spread the message of universal brotherhood. There is a huge temple dedicated to Shirdi Sai Baba and all activities related to Shirdi Sai Bava revolve around this temple complex. There is a life-size statue of Sai Baba in the temple. Thursday is held an auspicious day which is marked by special pujas and darshan of the Sai Baba statue. Then you will be taken to visit Dwarkamani Mosque where the Baba meditated. Near the mosque, in a corridor is the dhuni or eternal flame that burns all through the day and everyday. Other places to visit in Shirdi are the Gurusthan, the Kandoba Temple, Shani Mandir, Narsimha Mandir, Changdev Maharaj Samadhi and the Sakori. Retire to the hotel for an overnight stay after the excursion for the day comes to an end.
Day 07 : Shirdi
This day is free for you to attend prayers and activities at the temples and a sightseeing tour around the local village at your will.
Day 08 : Shirdi - Aurangabad
On this day of the tour of Shirdi Sai Baba you will be driven to the Ajanta and Ellora caves in Auragabad, this is a world heritage site. On arrival at Aurangabad check in hotel for wash 'n' change and then proceed for a half day guided excursion to the Ajanta caves. There are 30 Buddhist caves at Ajanta which are full of sculptures and frescoes of life of Lord Buddha. Spend your evening at leisure and stay in the hotel for the night.
Day 9: Aurangabad - Mumbai
This is the last day of the tour where you will be taken on a guided excursion to the Ellora Caves, after having your breakfast. Here one can get to see Buddhist, Jain and Hindu shrines dating back to 4th to 9th century A.D. In the afternoon you will be transferred to the Aurangabad airport to board flight for Mumbai. On reaching Mumbai you will be dropped at the International airport for flight to onward destination.
